Anonyme Geburt
Im Krankenhaus der Barmherzigen Schwestern Ried bzw. in allen Krankenhäusern Oberösterreichs können Sie Ihr Kind anonym, unter gesicherten Bedingungen und mit medizinischer Betreuung zur Welt bringen. Sie schützen sich und Ihr Kind vor den Risiken einer Entbindung ohne medizinischer Hilfe.
Eine anonyme Geburt ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mutter ihre Identität gegenüber niemandem preisgibt und ihre Personenstandsdaten nicht erfasst werden. Ihre Daten sind dann grundsätzlich von niemandem ermittelbar.
Wenn Sie selbst das Angebot der anonymen Geburt nicht wahrnehmen können, haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihr Kind anonym in unserem "Babynest" an einem sicheren warmen Ort zu bringen. Bitte bedenken Sie: Wenn Sie sich für das Babynest entscheiden, verzichten Sie bei der Geburt auf medizinische Betreuung für sich und Ihr Kind.
Rechtliche Information
Mit der anonymen Geburt bzw. dem Babynest gilt Ihr Baby als Findelkind. Das Obsorgerecht für Ihr Baby geht damit direkt auf die Jugendwohlfahrt über. Wir suchen für Ihr Kind Pflege- bzw. Adoptiveltern und nach einer 14-tägigen Wartefrist wird ein Adoptionsverfahren eingeleitet.
Wenn alle Voraussetzungen vorliegen, können Sie Ihre Entscheidung bis zur rechtskräftigen Durchführung der Adoption rückgängig machen und, sofern das Pflegschaftsgericht zustimmt, das Kind zu sich zurückholen.
Welche dieser Möglichkeiten Sie auch wählen, Sie haben in allen Fällen keine strafrechtliche Verfolgung zu befürchten.
Anonymous birth
You can give birth to your child anonymously, under secure conditions and with medical care in the hospital of the merciful sisters Ried or in all hospitals in Upper Austria. You protect yourself and your child from the risks of childbirth without medical help.

Legal information
With anonymous birth or baby nest, your baby is considered a foundling. The custody of your baby goes directly to the youth welfare. We are looking for foster or adoptive parents for your child and after a 14-day waiting period, an adoption process is initiated.
If all the requirements are met, you can cancel your decision until the adoption has been legally enforced and, if the nursing court agrees, bring the child back to you.
Whichever of these options you choose, you do not have to fear criminal prosecution in all cases.
